When using our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, use our services only for lawful purposes related to construction project monitoring, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with the proper functioning of our services, use our services to transmit harmful or malicious content, or violate any intellectual property rights. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use our services in a manner that could harm our systems or other users.

Upon termination, you will lose access to our monitoring dashboards, but we will provide reasonable opportunity for you to export your data. Certain obligations, including confidentiality, limitation of liability, and intellectual property provisions, survive termination.
